We had intended on keeping the play equipment as a cost savings. However, Gene was adamant that there was no place for the ratty play equipment in "his" landscape. So he carved out some space in the far back of the property and set up a play house half way up the slope (and stairs to it), a large sandbox, and a neat arbor type swing and rope climbing structure.
